Pumpkin Seed Dried Cherry Trail Mix

I don't know about you but I am always on the go. Most of the time I cant stop to eat so I made this trail mix as a snack to have with me. I've been trying to eat healthier snacks because that's when I cheat the most and this trail mix hit the spot.

I used this recipe and not only was it super easy to make its delicious {in a singing voice} and ridiculously addicting. Even my husband enjoys it {minus the cherries} and he's anti-health food, or so he thinks. I've been switching out ingredients little by little and he's finding things to be more delicious than before.

It was also my first time using Grade B Maple Syrup and let me say its like caramel. YUM!!!

yum! delicious + healthy = happy me :) i will have to try that. working in an office makes me snack and all anyone has is candy!! it's making me gain weight. no good. haha

This looks absolutely delicious. You are SO good to be looking for healthy things as your always on the go. I'm on the go alot too with work but seem to snack on un healthy things are they're quick and easy to grab. I'll have to give this nut mix a go ... thanks for sharing!

It's so important to have healthy food easily accessible - and it has to be delicious! I cook with pumpkin a lot and always toss out the seeds, but I'm going to give this a go - it'll feel good to be healthy and thrifty!

Do you buy all your fruits already dried, or do you dehydrate your own?
